Soll Catering provides the following services:
• Trained and certified kitchen staff, usually a head cook and baker /
assistant. One staff member is trained to operate and maintain Soll equipment
• Camp delivery service; expediting food, camp supplies, mail and communications
• A moving crew to set-up and strike camp
Services include the following amenities for all camps:
• Complete portable field kitchen (framed tent on an elevated, wooden floor), and all kitchen
equipment to meet Food Service Establishment standards
• All consumable kitchen supplies, including liquid propane gas
• High-powered generator (or two as required) and power distribution centre
• Complete onsite water delivery and potable water filtration system including pump, hoses and settling
system
• Food storage cooling system – walk in cooler and freezer
• Self-contained showers – water heater, plumbing and solid floors
• Eating tables and seating
• Portable privy toilets
• Bear-resistant refuse container
Each of our camps will handle up to 75 people comfortably.
Our service (including camp rental) is charged on a per-person, per-day
basis, and varies according to the level of desired service, how many people
are using the service, and where it is located etc. The camp set-up and
strike fee is charged on a cost plus basis (15%). Please contact us for
